Their use of ZAMAK for the handles is where things get interesting and I wish they would use solid machined parts rather than cast (nothing wrong with Zamak but its too brittle IMO).įirst off apart from the missing t-nuts, most of it is there based on what I see in the parts manual: Over all the fit and finish from EMCO is what I will call tight tolerances on the machined parts and surfaces. So its a bit of a project not that I have a shortage of projects to do The previous owner (who turned out to be a member of the woodworking forum) contacted me mentioning some of these issues (he was very honest about the condition the rotary table was in) and this has been in his drawer for over an year but he has not had a chance to work on fixing them. However, its been handled by a brute at some stage and has changed a few hands over the years. Picked up an EMCO Rotary table aka dividing attachment which was an accessory to the FB-2 mill for reasonable money.
